Rubin, Esq., began his career as a NYC assistant district attorney, having served for six years in the Bronx County DA’s office, rising to the level of homicide and special victims / major offense prosecutor. Michael then joined a major midtown civil litigation firm, defending doctors in civil negligence cases. After several years, Michael opened his current boutique law practice, handling all kinds of personal injury and criminal cases. After 35 years of practice, Michael truly has a complete understanding of all sides of the cases he handles.
